Refund policy
Due to the special nature of the products we sell, unless the product is damaged or lost. We do not support returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will exchange or refund it for you. If you receive a damaged/defective item, you must notify us within 7 days.
before making any returns. You must first contact info@ribbonpinky.com for more details. Our returns department can take up to 14 business days from the date of receipt of the return at our headquarters to process all returns
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refund
Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you to approve or deny your refund.
Exchange
If you would like an exchange, you must notify our customer service team at info@ribbonpinky.com within 7 days of receipt of your order. If the exchange is applicable, our team will provide you with the next steps.
If an exchange applies, the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own benefit, we recommend that you send your package using a delivery service that ensures the value of your shipment.
Ribbonpinky does not pay return postage unless the item is the wrong item or defective.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchange to reach you may vary.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
